Chapter 39 of Exodus details the preparation of priestly garments for the tabernacle service. The cloak, the priestly vest, the tiara, the embroidered tunic, the belt and the thin linen robes to be worn during the ceremonies of worship to God were done. The following verses are related to topics addressed in Exodus 39:
Leviticus 8:7 - "He wore Aaron with the tunic, adjusted the belt around him, put it on the priestly vest and adjusted it around him." This verse describes the garment that Aaron, the first high priest, used during his ordination.
Ezekiel 44:17- "When they enter the inner doors of the courtyard, they should wear linen clothes; they should not wear anything wool while serving inside the courtyard, next to the altar and the temple walls." This verse talks about the clothes that priests should wear when they were in the temple.
Hebrews 4:14 - "Therefore, since we have a great high priest who entered the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, we cling to all the firmness to the faith we profess, having a great priest over God's house." This verse refers to Jesus as a high priest, which is superior to any other priest.

Colossians 3:12 - "Therefore, as a chosen people of God, holy and beloved, they revised of deep compassion, goodness, humility, meekness and patience." This verse talks about the importance of Christians to dress with the virtues of God's character, as well as the Old Testament priests dressed in their sacred robes.
