1. And the LORD said to Moses, "See, I make you as God to Pharaoh; and Aaron your brother shall be your prophet.

Exodus 7:25 - "And seven days passed after the Lord wounded the river." This verse marks the end of the first plague, and shows how God's pests were progressively getting worse and lasting longer, intensifying the pressure on Pharaoh to release the Hebrews.
