Ezekiel, 32

3. Therefore, thus saith the Lord God: I will spread out my net over thee with the multitude of many people, and I will draw thee up in my net.

Isaiah 19:16: "In that day the Egyptians shall be like women; they shall shake and fear before the strong hand of the Lord of hosts, which he will raise against them." This verse talks about the fear that Egypt will feel before the power of God in his defeat.
