Chapter 4 of 2 Kings tells several stories related to Elisha, Elijah's successor. This verse talks about how God can use difficult situations for our good, a theme present in 2 Kings 4:1-7, where the widow who had no money to pay her debts is miraculously helped by God through Elisha.
