Exodus, 39

9. It was foursquare; they made the breastplate double: a span [was] the length thereof, and a span the breadth thereof, [being] doubled.

Chapter 39 of Exodus details the preparation of priestly garments for the tabernacle service. The cloak, the priestly vest, the tiara, the embroidered tunic, the belt and the thin linen robes to be worn during the ceremonies of worship to God were done.
