Acts of Apostles 11 reports the apostles and brothers' response in Jerusalem after hearing the news that Peter had preached to the Gentiles and that they had received the Holy Spirit. Romans 2:28-29: "For it is not Jewish who is only outwardly, nor is circumcision to which is only in the flesh.
