Jeremiah, 51

1. Yahweh says this: Against Babylon and the inhabitants of Leb-Kamai I shall rouse a destructive wind.

Jeremiah 50:46: "Listen to the cry of Babylon; the sound of great destruction comes from the land of the Chaldeans." This verse speaks of the imminent destruction of Babylon and the cry that will be heard throughout the earth.
