Hosea, 13

13. The pangs of childbirth come for him, but he is an unwise son; for now he does not present himself at the mouth of the womb.

Chapter 13 of Hosea begins with a warning of God to the people of Israel about his idolatry and infidelity, reminding them of the punishment that is to come.
