In Exodus 12, God gives detailed instructions for the celebration of Easter and the Feast of the Bread. The chapter also tells the tenth plague, the death of the Egyptian firstborn, and the departure of the Israelites of Egypt.

Deuteronomy 16:1 - "Keep the month of Abibe, and celebrate the Easter to the Lord your God; for in the month of Abibe the Lord your God took you out of Egypt at night." This verse refers to Easter, which is the feast instituted by God in Exodus 12.

Revelation 5:12 - "What a great voice said, Worthy is the Lamb, who was killed, to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and glory, and thanksgiving." This verse speaks of the worship that will be given to Jesus, the Lamb of God, for all eternity. The celebration of Easter is an annual reminder of salvation that it provided us with.
