Genesis, 36

21. And Dishon, and Ezer, and Dishan: these [are] the dukes of the Horites, the children of Seir in the land of Edom.

Malachi 1:2-3 - "I loved you, says the Lord; but do you say, What did you love us? It was not Esu's brother of Jacob? I have a desolation, and I gave its inheritance to the chakals of the desert. " This verse presents God's love for Jacob and his descent, in contrast to the rejection of Esau and his descent, as presented in Genesis 36.
