Jeremiah 9:23-24: "Thus saith the Lord, Do not glorie the wise in His wisdom, nor glorie the strong in His strength; do not glorie the rich in His riches. : In knowing myself and knowing that I am the Lord, that I make benefice, judgment and justice on earth; for these things I like, say the Lord. " This verse emphasizes the superiority of divine wisdom in relation to human wisdom and the importance of knowing God.

Isaiah 29:14: "Behold, I will continue to do wonderful work in the midst of this people, wonderful work and a prodigy; for the wisdom of their wise will perish, and the prudence of their prudent will hide."
