33. Moses left Pharaoh and went out of the city. He stretched out his hands to Yahweh and the thunder and hail ceased and the rain stopped pouring down on the earth.

In Exodus 9, God continues to send pests about Egypt as a way of showing his power and forcing Pharaoh to free the people from Israel. Pests include the death of cattle, ulcers in animals and humans, hail and grasshops.
