Isaiah, 34

8. For this is the day of the vengeance of the Lord, the year of retribution for the judgment of Zion.

Amos 1:11: "Thus saith the Lord, by three transgressions of Edom, and for four I will not remove the punishment, because he persecuted with sword to his brother, and violated his bowels; your outrage forever. " Amos denounces Edom for his cruelty and violence against the people of Israel, and prophesies that God will judge them for their sins.
