12. Then Jethro brought a burnt offering and other sacrifices to offer to God; and Aaron came with all the elders of Israel to share this meal with Moses' father-in-law in the presence of God.

Exodus 18 describes the visit of Jetro, father -in -law of Moses, to the camp of Israel in the desert. Deuteronomy 1:9-13: "In those days, I said to you, 'I cannot carry all these people alone; I cannot take them alone. (...)
