Ezekiel, 6

9. And they that escape of you shall remember me among the nations whither they shall be carried captives, because I am broken with their whorish heart, which hath departed from me, and with their eyes, which go a whoring after their idols: and they shall lothe themselves for the evils which they have committed in all their abominations.

Ezekiel 6 deals with God's condemnation of the people of Israel because of their idolatry. " This verse is one of God's commandments to his people, forbidding the creation and worship of images and idols. 2 Kings 17:16-17: "They left all the commandments of the Lord, their God, and made for themselves two melted metal calves. They worshiped the whole army of heaven and served Baal. They burned their children as an offering, practicing guessing And witchcraft, and they sold themselves to do what was evil in the eyes of the Lord, causing his wrath. " This verse describes the idolatry of the people of Israel and how they have moved away from God's commandments. This relates to Ezekiel 6, where God is condemning the people of Israel for their idolatry and worship of false gods.

1 Kings 18:21: "Then Elijah has come to all the people, and said, How long shall shall you be between two thoughts? If the Lord is God, follow him; and if Baal, follow him. . " This verse is part of the story of Elijah confronting Baal's prophets.
