Psalm 78 is a poem that talks about the importance of teaching future generations about the wonders of God and His commandments. Deuteronomy 6:6-7: "And these words that I command you today shall be in your heart; and you shall summon you to your children, and you will speak of them at your house, and walking along the way, and lying down and lifting you." Judges 2:10: "After all that generation was gathered to his parents, another generation was raised that did not know the Lord, nor the works he had done for Israel." 2 Timothy 2:2: "And what of me, among many witnesses, heard, trust him to faithful men, who are suitable to teach others as well."
