27. By noontime, Elijah began to mock them, "Shout out louder. Baal is a busy god; or he may have gone out or perhaps he has gone on a trip, or he is sleeping and must be wakened."

1 Corinthians 8:6: "But for us, there is one God, the Father, whom they are all things, and to whom we live; and one Lord, Jesus Christ, for which they are all things, and we for he." This verse highlights God's unity, and how he is the Father of all things, and how all things were created through Jesus Christ, the Son of God.
