22. And the wild beasts of the islands shall cry in their desolate houses, and dragons in [their] pleasant palaces: and her time [is] near to come, and her days shall not be prolonged.

Jeremiah 50:15: "Shout at her everywhere! She surrendered; her columns fell, her walls were overthrown. This is the punishment of the Lord; let us get to her; let her what she deserves!" This verse shows God's judgment upon Babylon, fulfilling Isaiah's prophecy 13.

" This verse shows that God is a righteous and vengeful God that will not allow injustice and oppression to remune.
