15. For behold, I will call together all the close associates of the kingdoms of the north, says the Lord. And they will arrive, and each one of them will place his throne at the entrance to the gates of Jerusalem, and over all its surrounding walls, and over all the cities of Judah.

Like Paul and Jeremiah, God calls his servants to be his witnesses before the world.

2 Timothy 1:7: "For God has not given us a spirit of cowardice, but of power, love and balance." This verse emphasizes that although we may feel intimidated or fearful in fulfilling God's will, He has given us the spirit of power and love to overcome these difficulties. It is a reminder that, like Jeremiah, we can trust God to enable us and strengthen ourselves in our mission.
