33. And so, all of Midian, and Amalek, and the eastern peoples were gathered together. And crossing the Jordan, they encamped in the valley of Jezreel.

'"This verse speaks of the importance of trusting God in times of difficulty. David trusted God to defeat Goliath, and Gideon also trusted God to lead the Israelites against the Midianites. Both men believed that God was with them and could do great things through Him.
