17. Then he is to take a little of the oil that remains in the palm of his hand and put it on the lobe of the right ear of the man who is being purified, and on the thumb of his right hand and on the big toe of his right foot, over the blood of the sacrifice of reparation.
Leviticus 14 describes the purification process for a person who was cured of a skin disease, such as leprosy. God gives Moses instructions on the purification procedures and the sacrifices that must be offered. Below are five verses related to the topics covered in Leviticus 14.
Mark 1:40-42: "And he approached him a leper, who, praying, and putting herself to her knees before him, said to him, If you want, you can clean me.
