Zephaniah, 3

15. Yahweh has lifted your sentence and has driven your enemies away. Yahweh, the King of Israel is with you; do not fear any misfortune.

Chapter 3 of Sophonies begins with a description of the sins of Jerusalem and the consequences that will come because of them.
