Ezekiel, 10

5. And the sound of the cherubims' wings was heard [even] to the outer court, as the voice of the Almighty God when he speaketh.

This relates to Ezekiel 10, since the vision the prophet had in the chapter included the presence of heavenly beings, possibly angels, who performed the divine orders.
