Ezekiel, 42

7. And the wall that [was] without over against the chambers, toward the utter court on the forepart of the chambers, the length thereof [was] fifty cubits.

Hebrews 9:24: "For Christ has not entered a sanctuary made by hands, figure of the real, but in the same heaven, to now appear for us before the face of God;" This verse points to the difference between the physical temple described in Ezekiel 42 and the true heavenly sanctuary that Christ entered, and highlights the importance of the relationship of the physical temple to spiritual reality.
