Daniel, 9

20. And while I was still speaking and praying and confessing my sins, and the sins of my people, Israel, and offering my prayers in the sight of my God, on behalf of the holy mountain of my God,

" The Lord speaks to Solomon and encourages the people of Israel to humble themselves, to pray, to seek God, and to become their evil ways. If you do this, God will hear and forgive your sins.
