Jeremiah, 1

17. Therefore, you should gird your waist, and rise up, and speak to them everything that I instruct you. You should not have dread before their face. For I will cause you to be unafraid of their countenance.

Like Paul and Jeremiah, God calls his servants to be his witnesses before the world.

2 Timothy 1:7: "For God has not given us a spirit of cowardice, but of power, love and balance." This verse emphasizes that although we may feel intimidated or fearful in fulfilling God's will, He has given us the spirit of power and love to overcome these difficulties. It is a reminder that, like Jeremiah, we can trust God to enable us and strengthen ourselves in our mission.
