Luke, 1

15. For he will be great in the sight of the Lord, and he will not drink wine or strong drink, and he will be filled with the Holy Spirit, even from his mother’s womb.

Genesis 18:14: "Is there a thing too difficult for the Lord? In the determined time, I will return to you, and Sarah will have a son." This verse presents an example of God's faithfulness to fulfill his promises, even if they seem impossible.

Isaiah 40:3: "A voice cries out: In the desert prepare the way of the Lord; in the arid earth open a road to our God." This verse prophesies the coming of John the Baptist, who would prepare the way for Jesus.
