Joshua 1:9: "Did I not have ordered you? Be strong and brave! Do not terminate, nor be discouraged, for the Lord, your God, will be with you where you walk." " In this verse, Caleb, one of the spies they trusted in God and encouraged the people of Israel to invade Canaan, resembles Joshua of God's promise and reaffirms their faith in divine help to conquer the earth.
