9. And they had breastplates like iron breastplates. And the noise of their wings was like the noise of many running horses, rushing to battle.

Revelation 9 describes the opening of the fifth and sixth seals, which results in the release of terrible pests on the earth. Joel 2:4-5: "Your appearance is like that of horses; and how knights like this.
