13. Hazael told him, "Who am I, your servant, that I should carry out such exploits?" Elisha answered, "I have just had a vision: Yahweh has made you king of Aram."

Chapter 8 of 2 Kings tells the story of Hazael, a man who would eventually become king of Syria, and his interaction with the prophet Elisha and King Jehora of Israel.
