Acts, 10

32. Send therefore to Joppe, and call hither Simon, who is surnamed Peter: he lodgeth in the house of Simon a tanner, by the sea side.

And ordered them to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Then they asked Peter to stay with them for a few days. " This verse shows that Peter recognized the validity of the faith of Cornelius and his family and baptized them in the name of Jesus Christ.
