Deuteronomy, 4

1. And now, O Israel, hear the commandments and judgments which I teach thee: that doing them, thou mayst live, and entering in mayst possess the land which the Lord the God of your fathers will give you.

" This verse highlights the importance of choosing to obey God and follow his ways in order to receive blessings rather than curses. It is a warning that Moses makes Israel in Deuteronomy 4.
