Ezekiel, 13

22. Because with lies you have made the heart of the just to mourn, whom I have not made sorrowful: and have strengthened the hands of the wicked, that he should not return from his evil way, and live.

Ezekiel 13 talks about the false prophecy that are being preached in Israel and warns of the punishment that will come over the false prophets. The verses chosen in order of proximity to the theme of the chapter are:

Jeremiah 23:16: "Thus saith the Lord of hosts: Do not hear the words of the prophets who prophesy among you, teaching you vanities; they speak of the vision of their own heart, not the mouth of the Lord."
