Joshua, 18

6. The land in the midst between these mark ye out into seven parts; and you shall come hither to me, that I may cast lots for you before the Lord your God.

The year of the Jubilee, mentioned here, was a 50 -year period when all debts were forgiven and all lands that had been sold returned to their original families.
