Micah, 5

1. Now shalt thou be laid waste, O daughter of the robber: they have laid siege against us, with a rod shall they strike the cheek of the judge of Israel.

Chapter 5 of Micah talks about the coming of the Messiah and the restoration of the people of Israel. " This verse relates to Micah 5, for both talk about the coming of the Messiah and the promise that he will rule with justice and peace.

Psalm 72:7-8: "It will flourish in your days justice, and abundance of peace, until there is no moon. It will dominate from sea to sea, and from the river to the ends of the earth." In this verse, it is prophesied that the reign of the Messiah will be marked by justice and peace, which is also mentioned in Micah 5.
