Revelation, 9

4. And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, nor any green thing, nor any tree: but only the men who have not the sign of God on their foreheads.

Revelation 9 describes the opening of the fifth and sixth seals, which results in the release of terrible pests on the earth. Joel 2:4-5: "Your appearance is like that of horses; and how knights like this. Exodus 10:14: "Therefore the grasshops rose over the whole land of Egypt, and they landed on all their terms; they were very much; before these have never been so many, nor after them there will be." Isaiah 13:10: "For the stars of heaven and their constellations shall not give their light; the sun shall be dark at birth, and the moon will not shine with its light."
