25. And the LORD came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that [was] upon him, and gave [it] unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, [that], when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease.

Matthew 11:28-30: "Come to me, all who are tired and overwhelmed, and I will relieve them. Take upon you my yoke and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart, and you will find rest for the your souls. For my yoke is soft and my burden is light. " This verse relates to the weight that Moses felt in the leadership of the people of Israel and the help God provided through the seventy elders and the wind that brought quails.
