Isaiah, 15

4. Heshbon and Ele-a'leh cry out, their voice is heard as far as Jahaz; therefore the armed men of Moab cry aloud; his soul trembles.

Isaiah 15 describes the destruction of Moab, a neighboring people of Israel. The chapter narrates the affliction and despair of the Moabites in the face of the invasion and divine judgment. Next are five verses related to the topics addressed in Isaiah 15:
