Jeremiah, 15

7. I have winnowed them with a winnowing fork in the gates of the land; I have bereaved them, I have destroyed my people; they did not turn from their ways.

" This verse speaks of the importance of trusting God and seeking his peace in the midst of anxiety and concern.

1 Peter 5:7: "By casting upon him all your anxiety, because he takes care of you." This verse speaks of God's promise to take care of us and to take our concerns and anxieties in their hands.
