4. what is man that thou art mindful of him, and the son of man that thou dost care for him?

Isaiah 40:26: "Raise your eyes up and see. Who created these things? He who makes his army out of stars, all well -told, which he calls by name; for being great in strength and strong in Power, not only one is missing.
