4. When Jehoram had come into his father's kingdom and had consolidated his power, he put to the sword all his brothers and also some of the princes of Israel.

1 John 1:9: "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and purify us from all injustice." This verse talks about the repentance and forgiveness offered by God to those who confess their sins and turn to Him. Unfortunately, Jeorão showed no repentance, and thus suffered the consequences of his actions.
