20. And it happened that, in the course of days, Hannah conceived and bore a son. And she called his name Samuel, because she had requested him from the Lord.

James 5:16: "Confess, therefore, your sins to each other and pray for each other, to be healed. The prayer made by a righteous can much in its effects." This verse talks about the importance of prayer and mutual support in the Christian community, something Ana found in the house of God, where she poured her heart before the Lord.
