" This verse relates to the fact that Zacchaeus returned the money he had extorted four times more and promised to give half of his goods to the poor.

Proverbs 28:13: "Which covers your transgressions will never prosper; but what confesses them and will leave mercy." This passage relates to the story of Zacchaeus because he admitted his sin and promised to make reparations.
