32. A funeral song is heard: Who was like Tyre, now silent in the midst of the ocean?
Ezekiel 27 describes the city of Tire and its greatness, but also predicts its fall. The chapter mentions the wealth and trade of the city, but highlights arrogance and confidence in its own strength, rather than recognizing God as sovereign.
