Joshua 1:9: "Did I not have ordered you? Be strong and brave! Do not terminate, nor be discouraged, for the Lord, your God, will be with you where you walk." This verse shows that despite the obstacles, the faith and courage of the people of Israel were rewarded by God, who handed the land of Canaan into their hands.

Joshua 14:12: "Now give me this mountainous region that the Lord promised me that day. You heard that day that the anachins are there and that the cities are great and fortified, but with the Lord by my side, I I will expel them, as he promised. " In this verse, Caleb, one of the spies they trusted in God and encouraged the people of Israel to invade Canaan, resembles Joshua of God's promise and reaffirms their faith in divine help to conquer the earth.
