Revelation, 21

17. And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred [and] forty [and] four cubits, [according to] the measure of a man, that is, of the angel.

Chapter 21 of the book of Revelation talks about the New Jerusalem, the Holy City of God that descends from heaven. Hebrews 12:22-24: "But you have come to Mount Zion, and the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to the many thousands of angels; the universal assembly and church of the firstborn, who are inscribed in heaven, and to God , the judge of all, and to the spirits of the perfected righteous; and Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and the blood of sprinkling, who speaks better than that of Abel. " This verse relates to Revelation 21:2, which talks about the descent of the New Jerusalem from heaven. Both describe the heavenly city of God and the dwelling of the saints.
