23. So this is what we suggest that you should do; we have four men here who are under a vow;

In Acts of Apostles 21, Paul and his companions arrive in Jerusalem and are well received by the brothers. Acts 21:20-21: "Listening to them, they glorified God and said unto him, Well, brother, how many thousands there are among the Jews who believe, and all are zealous of the law; and were informed about you who teach everyone The Jews who are among the Gentiles to depart from Moses, telling them that they do not circumcise their children or ride the customs. " These verses show how Jews were concerned with maintaining the tradition and law of Moses, and how Paul's message challenged these traditions.

Acts 21:26: "Then Paul took those men with him, and the next day, having purified with them, entered the temple, announcing the fulfillment of the days of purification until the offer was offered for each of them. " This verse highlights the fact that Paul was not teaching Jews to abandon the law and traditions, but to recognize that salvation comes by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ.

Acts 21:33: "Then the tribune, coming close to him, arrested him and told him with two chains, and asked who he was and what he had done." This verse marks the moment Paul is arrested and taken to be tried before the Sanhedrin.
