21. Therefore thus says the LORD concerning the men of An'athoth, who seek your life, and say, "Do not prophesy in the name of the LORD, or you will die by our hand" --

" This verse speaks of God's faithfulness to his covenant, even when his people do not fulfill it, and his promise of an eternal covenant with them.

Psalm 25:10: "All the ways of the Lord are mercy and truth to those who keep their covenant and their testimonies." This verse speaks of the importance of obedience to the covenant with God and the promise of mercy and truth to those who keep it.
