Isaiah, 34

1. Come near, O nations, and hear; be attentive, O peoples! Let the earth and what fills it listen, the world and all it produces.

Isaiah 34 describes God's judgment on nations, especially Edom, because of his rebellion against him. " Amos denounces Edom for his cruelty and violence against the people of Israel, and prophesies that God will judge them for their sins.
