Jeremiah, 11

11. Therefore, thus says the LORD: See, I bring upon them misfortune which they cannot escape. Though they cry out to me, I will not listen to them.

" This verse speaks of God's faithfulness to his covenant, even when his people do not fulfill it, and his promise of an eternal covenant with them.

Psalm 25:10: "All the ways of the Lord are mercy and truth to those who keep their covenant and their testimonies." This verse speaks of the importance of obedience to the covenant with God and the promise of mercy and truth to those who keep it.
